Like every great startup, this project began with a recently unemployed man working from his garage—except I'm a woman, and I don’t have a garage.

My name is Jen, and I’m the Lead Editor and project manager at Madalena. I begun my creator journey in 2019 when I started working with Simon Whistler during one of the most turbulent times of my life. Back then, I didn’t even know you could make money from YouTube, but I instantly fell in love with the media, the workflow, the constant learning, the drive to push forward, and the infinite possibilities.

Now, five years later, I’ve successfully collaborated on over 12 YouTube channels and created my own company Madalena de Post. Today we are a team of more than 10 amazing people all over the world with competencies on research, video editing, design, animation and more. I cherish this job and the opportunity to work with amazing editors and creators.
